As a Banking IT Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding the unique needs of each bank and developing tailored IT solutions that enhance their operations, improve customer experience, and drive growth. You will work with a diverse team of experts, including software engineers, data scientists, and business analysts, to deliver cutting-edge solutions that meet the evolving demands of the financial industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and analyze the IT needs of banks to develop tailored solutions.
• Propose innovative AI-based solutions that enhance bank operations and customer experience.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed solutions.
• Present and pitch solutions to banks, highlighting the benefits and ROI.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the banking and IT sectors.
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies and business growth initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking or a related field, with a strong background in IT sales.
• Proven track record of successful sales in the banking or IT sector.
• Strong understanding of banking operations and IT systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in IT sales or a related field is a plus.
