You will be responsible for inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination, using tools such as SAP, WMS (Warehouse Management System), and TMS (Transportation Management System). 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Manage a team of 10-15 employees, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Implement and monitor inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Utilize SAP, WMS, and TMS to streamline logistics processes and improve efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and warehouse operations, with a proven track record in supervisory roles.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a similar quality management system is a plus.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination.
• Proficient in using SAP, WMS, and TMS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
