📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure high-quality fabrics, trims, and accessories.
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliable and timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
- Evaluate and compare supplier quotes to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Conduct quality checks on incoming materials to verify compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to align procurement with production schedules.
- Analyze market trends and industry developments to identify new sourcing opportunities.
- Develop and implement sustainable sourcing strategies to support Dekatama Centra's commitment to eco-friendly fashion.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion procurement or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to interact effectively with suppliers.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
- Understanding of fashion industry trends and market dynamics.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative problem-solving skills to address procurement challenges.
