📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Recommend IT solutions that align with business goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of digital transformation projects
• Develop and maintain business requirements documents
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure effective communication and understanding of business needs
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT solutions and make recommendations for continuous improvement
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in business analysis and digital transformation
• Provide regular reports and presentations to stakeholders on the progress and outcomes of digital transformation projects

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus
• Proficiency in business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL framework is a plus
