📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and professionally.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests feel valued and well taken care of.
• Assist with table set-up and clearing, maintaining a clean and presentable dining area.
• Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate billing.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards.
• Uphold the restaurant’s high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Daily Waiter or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order-taking and billing.
• Familiarity with POS systems and other relevant hospitality software.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service and a passion for luxury hospitality.
