📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Conduct inspections and repairs on equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Monitor and maintain building security systems, including access control and surveillance.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage and order maintenance supplies and materials.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance services.
• Document all maintenance activities and generate reports for management.
• Participate in emergency response and disaster recovery efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance and repair.
• Proven knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.
• Certification in relevant fields such as OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software such as CMMS or similar.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles.
