📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote our loan products.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
• Create and distribute engaging content through email marketing and social media platforms.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the financial services sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through digital channels.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance to ensure we meet our sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align digital efforts with overall business goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital sales and marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital sales or marketing, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a digital environment.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
