📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and reach.,Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.,Create and curate engaging content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts, to attract and retain followers.,Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to align social media efforts with overall business goals.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies are effective and innovative.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts with a significant following and engagement.,Strong understanding of social media algorithms, advertising platforms, and analytics tools.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage with audiences.,Proficiency in using social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar platforms.,Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.,Creative thinker with a passion for social media and digital marketing.
