📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various job openings.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' fit for the role and company culture.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Provide feedback and guidance to internal teams on best practices in recruitment.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software, such as ATS and applicant tracking systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
