📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the Montessori baby class, ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with Montessori principles and early childhood development milestones.
• Create a stimulating and age-appropriate curriculum using Montessori materials and resources.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages social-emotional learning.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support the holistic development of each child.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and development.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with Montessori Association guidelines and local education regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Education, or a related field.
• Certification as a Montessori Teacher (AMI, AMI-USA, or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Montessori education, preferably in a baby class setting.
• Strong understanding of Montessori principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with parents and caregivers.
• Familiarity with early childhood development theories and assessment tools.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
