📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the cafe and attract new customers.
  • Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Organize and execute marketing campaigns, including promotions and events.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive customer acquisition and retention.

  • Build and maintain relationships with local vendors and influencers.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for marketing.
  • Familiarity with local market trends and customer preferences.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
