Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development and success.,Develop and implement data analysis strategies to support business objectives and drive decision-making.,Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategies.,Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.,Create and maintain comprehensive data dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).,Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing robust data governance and management practices.,Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools, techniques, and industry trends.,Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and compelling manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis and leadership roles.,Proven track record of successfully leading data analysis projects and teams.,Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and technologies, such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations.,Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.,Familiarity with data governance and management best practices.
