📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform patient assessments and evaluations to determine clinical needs and develop treatment plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor patient progress and provide ongoing care and support.
• Document patient care activities accurately and completely in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Assist in the preparation and administration of patient meals and fluids.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to maintain and improve clinical skills and knowledge.
• Promote a safe and compassionate work environment for both patients and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical healthcare setting.
• Valid certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of clinical procedures, medications, and patient care protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner.
• Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
