📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure successful product launches and promotions.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events to network and generate leads.
  • Report and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field work.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
