📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Cook in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensure all food is prepared and cooked to the required standards and within the required time.,Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Assist in inventory management and ordering of food ingredients.,Train and supervise junior cooks and kitchen staff.,Participate in menu planning and cost control activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role.,Proven ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine is a plus.,Valid food handler's certificate is a plus.
