📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the main tutors in preparing and delivering lesson plans and materials.,Conduct one-on-one and group tutoring sessions to support students' learning.,Monitor students' progress and provide feedback to tutors and students.,Create and maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.,Assist in organizing and conducting educational activities and events.,Collaborate with the education team to ensure the smooth operation of the learning program.,Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement among students.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience as a tutor or teaching assistant.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.,Passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed.,Knowledge of educational technologies and tools is a plus.
