Schott Glass (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer, Reliability & Failure Analysis to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our glass products through comprehensive analysis and testing. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct reliability testing and failure analysis on glass products to identify potential issues and improve product quality.,Develop and implement reliability test plans and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.,Analyze and interpret test data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in product design and manufacturing processes.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to resolve reliability issues and implement corrective actions.,Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in reliability engineering and failure analysis techniques, and apply this knowledge to improve our processes and products.,Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Participate in project reviews and audits to ensure adherence to reliability and quality standards.,Contribute to the development and implementation of reliability improvement initiatives, such as Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in reliability engineering, failure analysis, or a similar role in the glass or manufacturing industry.,Strong understanding of reliability testing methods, failure analysis techniques, and statistical data analysis.,Proficiency in using reliability software tools, such as Minitab, Reliasoft, or similar.,Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.,Familiarity with industry standards, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001, is a plus.,Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required by the company.
