📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Greeting and assisting visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answering and directing phone calls and emails.
• Scheduling appointments and managing the reception calendar.
• Checking in and out guests, and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
• Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
• Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
• Handling inquiries and providing information about the company.
• Ensuring the security and confidentiality of company information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with office software and technology.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in English and Indonesian.
