📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.,Provide technical support to employees and ensure the efficient operation of IT systems.,Monitor system performance and implement measures to improve efficiency and reliability.,Develop and implement IT security policies and procedures to protect the company's data and systems.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT systems meet the organization's needs.,Conduct regular system audits and maintenance to identify and address potential issues.,Provide training and guidance to junior system administrators and IT staff.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to ensure the company's systems are current and secure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in system administration, with a strong background in IT infrastructure management.,Experience with server and network administration, including Windows Server, Linux, and networking protocols.,Knowledge of database management systems, such as SQL Server or Oracle.,Experience with IT security best practices and technologies, such as firewalls, VPNs, and encryption.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a plus.
