📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the organization's needs and objectives.,Manage and oversee the procurement process, from requisition to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor and analyze procurement spending to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to procurement.,Lead and mentor a team of procurement staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that procurement activities align with the overall business strategy.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement to continuously improve our processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a strong track record of success in managing procurement processes.,Proven experience in developing and implementing procurement strategies.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to procurement.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
