📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashier operations to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.,Train and mentor junior cashiers to maintain high standards of service and accuracy.,Monitor cash handling and inventory to prevent losses and ensure compliance with company policies.,Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of sales and customer service processes.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and sales.,Participate in inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.,Promote upselling and cross-selling strategies to increase sales revenue.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cashier or retail management role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Proficiency in using POS systems and other retail software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of inventory management and cash handling procedures.,Familiarity with retail operations and sales strategies.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
