Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional activities to support sales efforts.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing activities.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of CRM systems and experience using sales tools and software.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
