📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Coordinate employee relations activities, including conflict resolution.,Support the HR team in the development and implementation of training programs.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.,Familiarity with performance management and training methodologies.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
