Silver Central Jaya is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Deputy HR Officer to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will support the HR Manager in various HR functions, ensuring a smooth and efficient HR process. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR Manager in the administration of employee benefits, such as leave management and payroll processing.,Assist in the organization and coordination of HR-related events, such as orientation programs and team-building activities.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR Manager in the preparation of HR reports and other HR-related documentation.,Assist in the training and development of new employees, ensuring they are well-prepared for their roles.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Detail-oriented and organized with strong administrative skills.
