📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, storage, and distribution.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect employees and prevent accidents.,Conduct regular audits of inventory to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.,Train and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all warehouse activities.,Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Valid driver's license and ability to operate a forklift or other warehouse equipment.
