Appointment Setter (Dental & DSO Industry) - Remote

Remote Staff is seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to join our team, specializing in the Dental and DSO (Dental Support Organization) industry. In this role, you'll be the bridge between patients and dental practices, ensuring that appointments are scheduled efficiently and that patients receive the care they need. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung.

Daily, you'll be using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM to manage appointments, track patient interactions, and ensure seamless communication between patients and dental practices. You'll also be responsible for maintaining a high level of accuracy and responsiveness, as patient care and practice operations depend on your ability to schedule appointments promptly and efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Schedule appointments for dental patients using specialized scheduling software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM.
• Communicate with patients to confirm appointment details, answer questions, and address concerns.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and appointment calendars.
• Collaborate with dental practices to ensure that appointment slots are filled and that patient needs are met.
• Monitor appointment schedules and reschedule or cancel appointments as needed to accommodate patient and practice requirements.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to appointment scheduling and patient satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in the dental and DSO industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as an Appointment Setter or similar role in the dental or healthcare industry, preferably with 2-4 years of experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and dental practices.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple appointments and tasks.
• Proficiency in using scheduling software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM.
• Knowledge of the dental and DSO industry, including common procedures, patient needs, and practice operations.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, with strong self-discipline and time management skills.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian, with excellent English skills for communicating with international dental practices.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration, business, or a similar discipline.
